Questions
Do I need a website or a computer?
No. Everything works from your phone. Tunda gives you the shop link — you just share it.
Can I use my own logo?
Yes. Your logo sits at the top of your shop page so customers know it’s you. You can add it now or later.
How do I receive my money?
Customers pay with MTN MoMo or Airtel Money and the money is sent to your mobile money number, minus your plan’s fee (2% on Starter, 1% on Pro).
Is there a monthly fee?
Not on Starter — it’s free, and you only pay 2% on payments you actually receive. Pro is UGX 50,000 a month, lowers the fee to 1% and adds extra features. You can switch any time.
Can customers still pay cash on delivery?
Yes, you can allow cash on delivery for any order. Tunda still keeps the order in your records.
